Welcome to Value Vapes! These Terms of Service outline the policies and procedures that govern your use of our services and your purchase of our products. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. REFUND POLICY
- Defective Products Only
- We issue refunds exclusively for products that are confirmed to be defective.
- You must notify us of any defects within 48 hours of your purchase.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required for all refund requests.
- You may be asked to return the defective product to our store for inspection.
- Refund Process
- Once the returned item is inspected and confirmed to be defective, your refund will be processed.
- Refunds can take up to 5 business days to be issued to your original payment method.
- Exclusions
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for refunds.
- We do not offer refunds for any reason other than verified defects.
2. CANCELLATION POLICY
- Order Cancellation by Customer
- You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been picked up or delivered.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at the information provided below.
- Order Cancellation by Value Vapes
- Non-Pickup Within 24 Hours: If your order is not picked up within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time, we reserve the right to cancel it.
- Identity Verification: For orders paid online, you must present a valid photo ID and the payment card used for the transaction at the time of pickup or delivery. If the details do not match, we may cancel the order to prevent fraud.
- Refund for Canceled Orders
- If the order is canceled before pickup or delivery, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refund processing can take up to 5 business days.
3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
- No Shipping Services
- Value Vapes does not ship products. Orders must be picked up in-store or delivered within our limited delivery radius.
- In-Store Pickup
- After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation with pickup details.
- Please pick up your order within the allocated time, typically within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation (unless otherwise stated).
- If you paid online, you must provide valid photo ID and the same payment card used at checkout for verification.
- Same-Day Delivery
- We offer same-day delivery for addresses within a 5 km radius of our store.
- Delivery fees and availability vary depending on location and order volume.
- Orders placed before 9 PM generally qualify for same-day delivery; orders placed after this time will be scheduled for the next available slot.

- Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in CAD, and we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
